Orders
Prices, availability, shipping estimates, taxes, and final order totals are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.
Custom artwork
By uploading an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it and authorize Road Dog Apparel and its production providers to process it for the requested product. Submissions may be declined for quality, safety, rights, or production reasons.
Returns and problems
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the confirmed order. Because custom products are made for one customer, change-of-mind returns may not be available. Any return instructions presented at checkout also apply.
Product appearance
Screen previews and mockups are guides. Placement and color can vary slightly across garments, print methods, and displays.
